Is caramel added to the honey?
No. Caramanuka has one ingredient: 100% raw Australian Manuka honey. Its bold, caramel-like flavor comes from the honey itself, with no added flavoring or sugar.
Which MGO strength should I choose?
Choose MGO 200+ if you are new to Manuka. Choose MGO 500+ for two and a half times the MGO of MGO 200+. Choose MGO 1495+ for our highest MGO, or as a gift.

Is Australian Manuka real Manuka?
Yes. Manuka honey comes from bees that feed on Leptospermum flowers, and Leptospermum grows wild in both Australia and New Zealand.
What do MGO and UMF mean?
MGO stands for methylglyoxal, a compound naturally present in Manuka honey. The MGO number shows its minimum concentration in milligrams per kilogram.
UMF is a certification system for New Zealand Manuka honey that assesses MGO and other quality markers.
Caramanuka is Australian Manuka honey, labeled with its independently tested MGO level.
How much honey is in a jar?
Each jar holds 8.8 oz (250 g). That is about 12 tablespoons.
How should I store my honey?
Keep it in the pantry at room temperature, around 68°F (20°C), with the lid closed. The fridge makes it set hard.
Why has my honey gone thick or grainy?
Raw honey crystallizes over time. It is still good. Stand the closed jar in warm water until it softens, then stir.
How do I get the test report for my jar?
Scan the QR code on the lid and enter the batch number from the jar label. We’ll email you the third-party report for your batch. It shows the results of the MGO, glyphosate, glufosinate and AMPA tests.
We test every batch, so the report is for the honey in your jar, not an old test reused across years of production.
Is it safe for children?
Do not give honey to children under 12 months. Do not eat it if you are allergic to honey or bee products.
