Refund policy

Honey is a food, so we cannot accept returns.

Damaged jars

If your jar arrives damaged, email a photo and your order number to hello@caramanuka.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the jar or refund you.

Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives with the wrong item or an item missing, email hello@caramanuka.com and we will send the right jar or the missing one.
